About Personal Training – Welcome to THE HIIT CLUB

the hiitclubPurchasing your personal training package is like receiving the golden ticket to help you reach your fitness goals. Working-out is going to be like putting icing on the cake. Your diet is going to make the most noticeable changes in the beginning, The timing between meals, water intake to keep you hydrated, and a balance of carbs, fats & proteins (otherwise known as Macro-nutrients) is so important.

You’re going to be demanding a lot from your body, so show yourself lots of love, with proper nutrition and plenty of rest. (If you’re able to treat yourself to a monthly massages that will be an added bonus your body will defiantly appreciate!)

Keep a journal and monitor your mood, hunger levels, cravings and any other noticeable affects as you start your journey to a healthier fitter you!

There are supplements that can also help you along the way. However, It can be overwhelming with all the options. It’s a good idea to introduce supplements one thing at a time to see how your body reacts. In a week or two, we can go over some supplements that I find essential in my daily diet. A multivitamin would be the one thing I would recommend you start with, if you don’t take one already.

Don’t get discouraged with the numbers on the scale; pay more attention to how you start to feel, and how things start to fit. Set short term goals to start with. Something like a goal outfit (Take a picture in this outfit for motivation). Keep healthy snacks around because working out makes you hungry!!!

Warn people you care about that a change in diet may have effects on your mood, sleep patterns etc. apologize now so it softens the blow. Remember it’s only a temporary phase as your body adjusts.

This journey won’t be easy but it will be worth it. You’re not alone in this. I’m here, to help guide you and give you that extra push. Encourage your family and friends to support or even join you in this fitness journey. This is going to be a start to a healthier, happier you!
